WMSE’s 17th Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser
Special Chili Deal – 5 Tickets for the Price of 4
On Sunday, March 10 over 4,0000 people will take over the MSOE Kern Center to take part in WMSE’s 17 “Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser.” This competition pits over 50 Milwaukee restaurants, cafes and caterers against one another to determine the city’s best chili as voted by attendees.
Awards are given to winners in five categories: best meat, best vegetarian, most unique chili, best heat, and best display. The Firemen will also be on hand for folks to vote on the best Firehouse Chili. This is the event that kicks off springtime in Milwaukee.
Advance tickets are $12 ($15 at the door) and include 4 chili samples. For a limited time, you can get 5 tickets for the price of 4 – making for the perfect stocking stuffer!
Additional chili sampling tickets can be purchased at the event for $1 each. Bring two or more non-perishable food items and donate to the Hunger Task Force and you’ll receive two additional sample tickets. All proceeds from this event go to support WMSE – anti-established since 1981!
The event kicks off at 11 a.m. and goes till 4 p.m.
