Wellpoint Care Network Hires Director of Equity, Culture and Belonging

MILWAUKEE — Wellpoint Care Network, a community-facing human services organization based in Milwaukee, is excited to announce that Jenna Finley has joined the organization, as Director of Equity, Culture and Belonging.

This is a new role at Wellpoint Care, and supports the organization’s commitment to advancing inclusion in all facets of our work, ensuring that those served and employed are valued, accepted, respected and treated equitably.

“Jenna is a dynamic and multifaceted leader that specializes in helping community facing organizations establish diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace practices,” said Sonja Williams, Vice President of Human Resources. “We are truly fortunate to have such an accomplished and talented colleague on the Wellpoint Care team.”

Finley was recently employed at the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, where she provided administrative oversite and technical expertise to YoungStar member organizations throughout the state of Wisconsin. As a current Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Finley teaches The Diversity Credential, supporting early childhood providers, educators and facilitators on diversity and related topics.

Finley is also the founder and primary consultant of Value Our Voices (VOV) Consulting, LLC and works with employers in the early care and education and non–profit sectors by identifying inclusive solutions to advance equity for all people.
