Walker Forge renewed its 5,139 SF at 222 E Erie in the Historic Third Ward. Steve Pape and Derek Yentz represented the Landlord, East Erie Associates LLC, while Ned Purtell and John Davis represented the Tenant.
Retail
Creative G Force LLC leased 985 SF at the River Centre located at 6001 W Mequon Road. Josh Minkin represented the Landlord, River Centre Building LLC, and Hakan Hare represented the Tenant.
Goodwill leased 17,961 SF at 1780 US-51, in Stoughton. Jon Thoresen and Tom Treder represented both the Landlord and Tenant in this deal.
Tom Treder represented Kay Jewelers in leasing 3,500 SF at the Costco Outlot at Whitestone Station in Menomonee Falls.
McAlister’s Deli leased 3,500 SF at the Gasser Road Development in The Wisconsin Dells. Tom Treder and Tom Bruss represented both the Landlord and Tenant in this deal.
