VISIT Milwaukee welcomes new Convention Services Manager Andrew Knuth

Knuth comes to VISIT Milwaukee from Kapco but spent the majority of his career working for the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

MILWAUKEE – (July 1, 2019) Andrew Knuth has joined VISIT Milwaukee as a convention services manager. From the start of a planner’s experience in Milwaukee, VISIT Milwaukee’s convention services team is here to help. Knuth will be a part of this team coordinating varied aspects of the meeting experience such as promoting Milwaukee to attendees, leading site visits for prospective and definite business, and providing trained volunteers for events.

Knuth comes to VISIT Milwaukee from Kapco but spent the majority of his career working for the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Between 2011 and 2018 he had many different responsibilities and involvement in several Bradley Center business areas, including his most recent position as manager of group sales and premium services.

“We’re very excited to add Andrew to the VISIT Milwaukee team,” said Dave Larson, director of convention services at VISIT Milwaukee. “His passion to serve, skills, and experience are a great match for this role. I am confident he will contribute to our goal of making the Greater Milwaukee area the top destination for events of all types and sizes.”

Knuth is a 2011 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing.
