U.S. Cellular Names Mauricio Camargo Waukesha Customer Care Center Director
Camargo has been with U.S. Cellular since 2002.
MILWAUKEE (March 1, 2016) – U.S. Cellular (NYSE: USM) has named Mauricio Camargo as the Director of its Customer Care Center in Waukesha, Wis., one of four call centers assisting U.S. Cellular customers across the nation.
In this role, he will lead approximately 400 U.S. Cellular associates in providing customer service and implementing programs to achieve the company’s business objectives.
Camargo has been with U.S. Cellular since 2002. He has been in various roles within customer service and financial services, most recently as a senior manager in the Waukesha Customer Care Center.
“Mauricio is a proven leader with extensive experience in working to ensure that we thoroughly meet customer needs,” said Nancy Fratzke, U.S. Cellular Vice President of Customer Service. “Our focus at U.S. Cellular is to provide the best wireless experience for our customers through a high-quality network and the most knowledgeable associates in the industry.”
Camargo has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master in Public Health and Management from the University of Escuela Andaluza de Salud Publica, Granada-Spain.
