(OCTOBER 9, 2019 – MILWAUKEE) – Transwestern’s Milwaukee office today announces it represented Close to the Heart in a 1,735-square-foot lease at 217 North Main Street in Thiensville, Wisconsin. Transwestern Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the tenant in the transaction.
The mother’s lounge and boutique previously occupied 400 square feet in downtown Cedarburg. Jessica Featherstone (owner) is excited to have a larger space that will accommodate a classroom and a larger selection of maternity and nursing clothing.
