(DECEMBER 20, 2019 – GLENDALE) – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it brokered the sale of the Glendale Corporate Center located in the heart of Milwaukee’s North Shore marketplace (1720 West Florist Avenue, Glendale, WI). The property was purchased by Axelrod Wags Real Estate LLC from Howard Spector.
Transwestern Executive Vice President John Dulmes and Executive Vice President Daniel Walsh represented the seller in the transaction.
