MILWAUKEE – (Nov. 5, 2018) Put the run in Pa-run Pum Pum Pum! The Santa Hustle 5K is coming soon! You don’t want to miss this magical race on Dec. 2, 2018, which begins and ends at Veterans Park. The Santa Hustle creates an exciting environment for participants and spectators of all ages, while embracing the reason for the season!

This year’s 5k participants will receive a Santa hat, beard, performance hoodie to wear while running, finisher medal, and (new for 2018) the option to add on the Mrs. Claus package, which includes a red tutu, arm warmers, candy cane socks, and two face tattoos.

According to the Santa Hustle Race Series founder, Aaron Del Mar, “The Santa Hustle atmosphere is unlike any other, and is much more than just a race – it’s an experience that creates lasting memories.”

Cookie and candy stations, along with holiday music and cheer, will abound along the course. After the race will be an awards ceremony where awards will be given for the best individual and group costume, as well as winners in each of the race categories who can boast, toast and sing holiday carols off key!

Santa Hustle also makes a difference in the lives of others. The 5K will donate a portion of the profits to Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful, who connects individuals to their environment to promote sustainability and environmental justice through education and service opportunities. The event also is an official drop-off spot for unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots program.
