The Bartolotta Restaurants Names Sheryl Bunker as Chief Financial Officer

Veteran finance and accounting executive to oversee financial operations for Milwaukee’s premier restaurant and catering organization

MILWAUKEE – The Bartolotta Restaurants, the premier restaurant and catering group in the Greater Milwaukee region, co-founded by four-time nominated and two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Paul Bartolotta and his late brother, Joe Bartolotta, has named veteran finance and accounting executive Sheryl Bunker, CPA as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Bunker brings to her role nearly 40 years of leadership experience and a lifetime of knowledge of the Greater Milwaukee region.

Ms. Bunker joins The Bartolotta Restaurants from Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee, where she has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2015. She joined the organization in 2008 as Director of Accounting, and briefly served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and General Manager in 2021. Throughout her career, Ms. Bunker has served in key finance and leadership roles for American Society for Quality, IKON Office Solutions, Standard Electric Supply Co., Johnson Brass and Machine Foundry, Ransomes Inc., and Price Waterhouse.
