MILWAUKEE, WI – Throughout the months of March and April, The Bartolotta Restaurants invites guests to enjoy exclusive wine pairing dinners, a bourbon pairing dinner, Late Night Happy Hour gatherings, and more at its locations throughout the Greater Milwaukee Region.

The Bartolotta Restaurants is a nationally acclaimed restaurant and catering organization co-founded by restaurateur Joe Bartolotta and his brother, two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Paul Bartolotta.

Bartolotta Rewards

Guests can become a member of Bartolotta Rewards, where they can earn one point for every dollar spent on food and beverage at any of the participating, award-winning Bartolotta venues, which translates to 10% back on all food and beverage purchases when dining, hosting a private function, or attending a special event at participating locations. As a Bartolotta Rewards member, guests are also eligible to receive various rewards throughout the year and are notified about special promotions like the opportunity to buy advance tickets to Bartolotta events and select shows at the Pabst and Riverside Theaters throughout the year. BACCHUS – A BARTOLOTTA RESTAURANT

Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant is located within the Cudahy Tower in Downtown Milwaukee, offering modern cooking in a newly-renovated, vibrant setting, with a menu emphasizing seasonal ingredients and a wine list that is consistently praised as one of the most extensive in the city.

March 31 – Napa Cabernet Series: Hourglass Vineyards

Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant will host an evening to showcase several wines in the restaurant’s Napa Cabernet Series, highlighting Hourglass Vineyards. The dinner will include a four-course menu created by Executive Chef Nick Wirth and his team, paired with the featured wines of Hourglass Vineyards selected by Wine Director and Certified Sommelier Joseph Kane. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase an additional wine pour of the exceptional 2016 Hourglass Estate Cabernet Sauvignon for $40. Tickets are available for $110 per person plus service charge and tax on Bacchus’ website.

April 12 – Easter Brunch

Executive Chef Nick Wirth has prepared a three-course brunch menu for $55.95 per person. Guests can choose one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert from each menu. BARTOLOTTA’S LAKE PARK BISTRO

Since 1995, Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro has served as Milwaukee’s premier dining and special event destination, offering pristine views of Lake Michigan in a historic park pavilion setting and a menu of traditional and modern French cuisine.

April 12 – Easter Brunch

Easter brunch at Lake Park Bistro will include a three-course menu of hors d’oeuvres, a main course, and a dessert course available from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Prices vary depending on your choice of main course. April 25 – Dessert Affair

Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro hosts a “Dessert Affair” on April 25, featuring a four-course lunch created by Pastry Chef Courtney Beyer and Chef de Cuisine John Raymond. Imagine stunning views of Lake Michigan on a spring day while course after course of delectable dishes are served to your table with Champagne pairings selected by Sommelier Mariana Popescu. Tickets are $55 (plus service charge and tax) for the four-course lunch with champagne pairings; and $45 (plus service charge and tax) for the four-course lunch without pairings. THE GRAIN EXCHANGE

One of the most memorable banquet halls in Milwaukee, The Grain Exchange is located within the historic Mackie Building and is serviced by Bartolotta Catering & Events. The three-story, nearly 10,000-square-foot space is ideal for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and more; and showcases soaring ceilings, frescos, handsome granite, limestone, and sandstone, with a 175-foot centerpiece bell tower that helped the building earn a spot on the National Register of Historic Places.

April 12 – Easter Brunch Buffet

The Easter Bunny is coming to the Grain Exchange! Celebrate Easter with brunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and bring the kids to meet the Easter Bunny. The brunch buffet will feature an appetizer station, omelet station, crepe and waffle station, carving station, kid’s station, and dessert station; as well as made-to-order benedicts from the kitchen and a bottomless mimosa fountain. HARBOR HOUSE

Milwaukee’s premier lakefront dining destination, Harbor House is a bright, spacious New England-style seafood restaurant on the shore of Lake Michigan, offering the freshest seafood flown in daily from both coasts.

March 4, 11, 18, and 25 – Late Night at Harbor House

On Wednesday nights in the month of March, Harbor House will be hosting Late Night at Harbor House, where guests dining between 10 p.m. and midnight can enjoy the sous chefs’ late-night bites to pair with a nightcap, or two. April 12 – Easter Brunch Buffet

Executive Chef John Korycki is serving up an Easter Brunch Buffet at Harbor House with a complimentary glass of champagne, mimosa, or orange juice for every guest. THE ITALIAN COMMUNITY CENTER

Bartolotta Catering & Events serves as the exclusive caterer for The Italian Community Center, Milwaukee’s premier venue for the preservation and celebration of Italian-American heritage and culture.

March 3 – Donna Leon Meet and Greet

Acclaimed Venetian mysteries author Donna Leon will visit The Italian Community Center on March 3 to discuss her haunting new novel, “Trace Elements.” Guests can purchase tickets for $35 online and price includes admission, all taxes and fees, a copy of “Trace Elements,” and light appetizers. April 5 – The 13th Annual Beefsteak Dinner at Mr. B’s – Brookfield

The 13th Annual Beefsteak Dinner at Mr. B’s Steakhouse in Brookfield is one of our most popular events. Executive Chef Amanda Strandt will prepare a four-course feast with all the traditional beefsteak fare. Nestled in a historic brewery building in downtown Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 is the flagship restaurant in The Bartolotta Restaurants portfolio.

March 5 – Umbrian, Lazian and Tuscan Wine Dinner 

Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 is hosting the Falesco Wine Dinner at 6:30 p.m. featuring a five-course menu created by Chef Juan Urbieta. The evening will include four pairings, and will be hosted by Giuseppe Rosati, US Brand Ambassador for Falesco / Famiglia Cotarella. Tickets will be available for purchase online for $95 per person, plus service charge and tax.

April 12 – Easter Brunch

Executive Chef Juan Urbieta has prepared a three-course brunch menu with gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options available. Guests can choose one first course, one main course, and one dessert from each menu. Prices vary depending on your choice of main course. THE RUMPUS ROOM – A BARTOLOTTA GASTROPUB

Located in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee on bustling Water Street, close to the Theatre District and Riverwalk, The Rumpus Room – A Bartolotta Gastropub combines approachable food with a solid craft beer and cocktail program to create a laidback and appealing downtown destination.

March 10 – Sake Seminar with Sake Samurai, Monica Samuels

The team at The Rumpus Room is excited to host a “Sake Seminar” for guests to learn more about this celebrated spirit from Japan. Leading the event will be Monica Samules, Sake Samurai, who will share her in-depth knowledge and love of sake with guests. Executive Chef Andrew Koser will prepare light appetizers to pair with the various tastings of sake. Tickets are $35 per person, plus service charge and tax, and can be purchased on The Rumpus Room’s website.

April 29 – Single Barrel Bourbon Dinner

Guests can enjoy The Rumpus Room’s Single Barrel Select Bourbon Dinner in late April, where the restaurant hand-selected some of the most coveted bourbons on the market, including: Weller Antique 107, Four Roses, Buffalo Trace, Knob Creek Rye, and Blanton’s. Bottles from these special barrels have been reserved for the evening and half-ounce pours will complement a five-course menu created by Executive Chef Andrew Koser. Following the dinner, guests will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of the bourbons featured throughout the evening.
