The Bartolotta Restaurants Begins Hiring For The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant

Milwaukee’s premier restaurant and catering organization to hire around 100 hourly roles in advance of Spring 2024 grand opening

MILWAUKEE, WI – The Bartolotta Restaurants, the premier restaurant and catering organization in the Greater Milwaukee region, is accelerating its hiring efforts ahead of the Spring 2024 opening of The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant. As many as 100 new hourly positions are expected to be filled at the multi-level venue, which has been developed within an historic waterfront property on Nagawicka Lake in Delafield, Wisconsin.

The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant is currently accepting applications for the following positions: servers; server assistants; bartenders; banquet servers; hosts; dishwashers; cooks; prep cooks; pastry cooks; butchers; and more. The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant will hold two hiring fairs for hourly team members at Rustic Manor 1848 located at 3115 WI-83, Hartland, WI 53029. Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume and to apply online at bartolottas.com/careers prior to attending on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, March 26 from 2 p.m. through 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 4 from 2 p.m. through 5 p.m.
