MILWAUKEE, WIS (October 16, 2020) – Milwaukee’s airport region is home to some of the city’s most unique and historic restaurants, each bringing their own culture and traditions to the Gateway to Milwaukee area. Each year The Gateway to Milwaukee celebrates these restaurants by hosting its Taste of the Gateway restaurant tasting event. The format of the event may look different this year, but the goal continues to be the promotion and support of all our great local restaurants here on Milwaukee’s far south side.

This dining promotion will start on Wednesday, October 28th and run through Saturday, October 31st. By partnering with area restaurants, we are excited to offer all diners an opportunity to support their favorite local restaurants. The Gateway to Milwaukee is sponsoring a $5.00 – $10.00 instant discount to each customer order during this four-day business promotion (this applies to dine-in, carry-out and curbside pickup).

“We are proud to support area restaurants with this reimagined Taste of the Gateway promotion. Our restaurants, and the entire community, will reap the benefits of this dining event. The Gateway to Milwaukee will continue adapting to meet the ever-changing needs of our region’s businesses,” says Leif Otteson, Executive Director of The Gateway to Milwaukee.

How can customers participate?

Customers should visit participating restaurants between Oct. 28 – 31 and mention The Taste of the Gateway – Dining Days to receive an instant discount on their purchase.

  • Maximum discount of $10.00 per transaction
