Swarming Technology promotes Andy Krystowiak to CEO, Ian Baxter as CTO

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (January 17, 2023)
Swarming Technology, an e-commerce development agency with headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, announced last week that Andy Krystowiak has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, and will assume the day-to-day leadership of the company. Previously serving as the company’s Chief Operations Officer, Krystowiak received the appointment just days before celebrating his eighth anniversary at Swarming Technology. Company Founder, Ian Baxter, will assume a new role as Chief Technology Officer, a position through which he will continue to lead and support the technology vision for Swarming and its client base.

Before joining Swarming Technology, Krystowiak worked at Direct Brands (a subsidiary of Perficient/Zeon Solutions), the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Andy received his BA from UW-Madison, and his MS and MA from UW-Milwaukee. Andy’s enthusiasm for the technological advancement of e-commerce is surpassed only by his love of the Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Brewers, and his wife, Germaine Krystowiak, the Chief Marketing Officer at Swarming Technology.
