Smoke On The Water – MKE’s BBQ & Brews Fest Returns This Saturday, May 30 at Henry Maier Festival Park Presented by Harley-Davidson
MILWAUKEE, WI –Smoke On The Water – MKE’s BBQ & Brews Fest presented by Harley-Davidson returns to Henry Maier Festival Park on Saturday, May 30 from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., kicking off Milwaukee’s summer festival season with a full day of food, music, and more along the lakefront.
Smoke On The Water will be serving up the best in barbecue, brews, live music, and marketplace shopping, along with a nine-hole mini- golf course and classic yard games. Families can also enjoy the Northwestern Mutual Community Park, featuring an inclusive playground for children ages 2-12 of all abilities. Children 10 and under will be admitted free of charge to Smoke On The Water.

Smoke On The Water patrons can build their personal tasting experience with sample-sized portions of food items starting at $5, making it easy to try something new. From slow-smoked brisket and pulled chicken to savory ribs, wings, sliders, and more, there’s something for every BBQ fan.

Live entertainment will take place at the Aurora Pavilion with high-energy country rock from Crossfire and crowd-favorite Top 40 hits from The Playlist.
Harley-Davidson is delivering smoke and motorcycles to Smoke on the Water! Try your hand at “smoking the tires” by twisting the throttle of a stationary Harley-Davidson motorcycle! (No license required) Four additional H-D motorcycles will be available for photos – it’s a full day of bikes and BBQ – courtesy of Harley-Davidson.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to win a Traeger XL Grill– a great way to bring BBQ to the backyard.
