Johnson Health Tech leased 209,151 SF at 1333 Grandview Parkway in Sturtevant from CenterPoint Property Trust. Paul McBride represented the Tenant on this transaction.

Serve Marketing leased 1,388 SF at 190 S. 2nd Street in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Patti Stevens & Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, LCM Funds Real Estate LLC.

Central Financial Services renewed its 3,201 SF at Lincoln Center III located at 10150 W. National Avenue in West Allis, WI. Ned Purtell & Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate.

Alignex, Inc. leased 1,980 SF at the Timbers building located at 700 W. Virginia Street in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate and Kate Hanson represented the Tenant.

Infinity Machine & Engineering Corporation leased 34,100 SF at 995 Waube Lane in Ashwaubenon, WI.  Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, LCM Funds Real Estate LLC.
