Savor the Last Weeks of Summer with August Specials at MOTOR™

MILWAUKEE (August 1, 2017) – This August, round out your perfect summer at MOTOR® Bar & Restaurant, located on the Harley-Davidson Museum® campus. Hit the open road and stop by MOTOR™ to enjoy delicious specials, like Sundried Tomato Bruschetta or the Milwaukee Burger Week Bleu Cheese-Aholic, before fall sets in.

August highlights include:

BBQ & Blues

Enjoy all-you-can-eat BBQ and live blues music on Saturdays this summer. Roll into MOTOR for hickory-smoked BBQ chicken, pulled pork, smoked brisket and grilled sausage for just $29.99. Or, for only $5 more, add Memphis-style dry-rubbed ribs. All platters include french fries, jicama coleslaw, BBQ baked beans and made-from-scratch cornbread. Not up to the all-you-can-eat challenge? Try a special BBQ platter for only $19.99.

Tuesday “Uncorked” Series

MOTOR presents Tuesday “Uncorked,” sponsored by PURE WINE. Each Tuesday from 5 – 9 p.m., enjoy half-priced bottles of wine. Choose from a selection of both reds and whites from different wineries across the globe. The event also features a new savory menu designed specifically with wine in mind. Guests can sample signature dishes including cheese plates, bruschetta, flat breads and more.

Milwaukee Burger Week

The first annual Milwaukee Burger Week, August 14 – 20, is almost here and MOTOR is a must-stop spot. The special Bleu Cheese-aholic burger features an 8 oz. all-beef patty topped with arugula, tomato, thick grilled onion and a red wine blue cheese mix.

Wing of the Month – Roasted Garlic Curry Wings

One pound of MOTOR house-made wings is tossed in a roasted garlic and coconut curry sauce.

Special of the Month – Sundried Tomato Bruschetta

A tasty treat, this dish features toasted crostini with house-made sundried tomato pesto and bruschetta mix garnished with arugula and Boursin cheese, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Cocktail of the Month – Knob Creek Rye Whiskey Mule

This cocktail is concocted with Knob Creek Rye Whiskey, Lime Juice and Stoli Ginger Beer, served with a fresh cut lime wedge in a copper cup.

Beer of the Month – Leinenkugel’s Anniversary Lager

The Anniversary Lager is a German-style amber lager that incorporates imported German malts with unique American hops to create a beer that is flavorful, balanced and refreshing.
