SARA Investment Real Estate purchased the 49,061 SF multi-tenant office building at 11020 W Plank Court in Wauwatosa for $3,900,000. Andy Hess and Ned Purtell represented the Seller, Somerset Properties.
Paramount Pediatric Dentistry of Racine leased 2,924 SF at 5820 Washington Avenue in Mount Pleasant, WI. Jenna Maguire represented the Landlord, LEAP Management LLC.
