Rowley’s Bay Boat Launch to Temporarily Close
LIBERTY GROVE, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced that the Rowley’s Bay boat launch in the town of Liberty Grove near Newport State Park in Door County will temporarily close from ice off until approximately 4 p.m. on May 31, 2026, while necessary improvements are made to the concrete launch.
People hoping to access Rowley’s Bay with trailered boats will need to find a different access point or find an alternative fishing location during this time.
