Rivion LLC leased 5,188 SF at the Timbers Building located within the Tannery Business Complex at 700 W Virginia Street in Milwaukee, WI. Ned Purtell and Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate LLC while Kate Hanson represented the Tenant.

An undisclosed buyer purchased the 21,598 SF office building at 1245 Cheyenne Avenue in Grafton, WI for $2,150,000. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Seller.
