Michael J. & Joanne Kelly Trust purchased the 2,740 SF Burger King location at S64 W15924 Commerce Center Parkway in Muskego, WI for $1,750,000 from Muskego Restaurant Services LLC. Scott Revolinski represented the Buyer.
Rising Medical Solutions, Inc. has renewed 17,115 SF at the Timbers Building located within the Tannery Business Complex in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, R2 Companies.
