MILWAUKEEMilwaukee Brewers fans can count down the days until the 2022 season as they dine overlooking the one of the best views at American Family Field. The Milwaukee Brewers today announced that the Restaurant To Be Named Later has not only added several new menu items, but is also rolling out various off-season specials and promotions.

With more than a dozen new menu items, fans can choose from a variety of dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients and thoughtful flavor profiles. Some favorites include the baby beet and burrata salad; nachos Cubano with mojo pork and house pickled Fresno chilies; braised short rib with brown butter potato puree, grilled salmon on a bed of broccolini and heirloom baby carrots; Impossible burger with demi-sec tomato jam; and the ever-indulgent jalapeño popper grilled cheese.

New to the line-up, paying homage to the beloved Famous Racing Sausages, is the sausage flight. The sampling includes – as one would expect – bratwurst, hot dog, chorizo, Italian and Polish; topped with bacon beer kraut, sauteed onions and peppers, chipotle ketchup and Giardiniera aioli. And what’s more Wisconsin than the Brandy old-fashioned sundae with vanilla ice cream, brandy cherry sauce, bitters and brûléed orange.

Daily specials include:

  • Happy Hour Wednesday-Sunday 3-6 p.m.
  • Wednesday – half price bone in or boneless wings with choice of sauce
  • Thursday – $3 tacos with Trivia starting at 7 p.m.
  • Friday – $20 bottomless fish fry with live music from 6-9 p.m.
  • Each Saturday a new three course prix-fixe menu will be featured; and Sunday night will offer a three course prix-fixe family style menu.

Further, Friday, Nov. 13 the restaurant will host the Southern Flare Terrapin Dinner, a four-course meal paired with Terrapin Craft beer, chosen specifically to complement the flavors of each dish. Tickets are available for $48 per person and can be purchased online at

The Restaurant To Be Named Later is open Wednesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Stay up to date on all the happenings at
