MADISON, WI—Today, Rep. Madison was sworn in for his second term as the State Representative for Assembly District 10, which represents Glendale, Shorewood, and Milwaukee. Rep. Madison will serve on the following committees during the 2025-2026 Legislative Session:

  • Assembly Committee on Urban Revitalization (ranking Democrat)
  • Assembly Committee on Science, Technology, and AI (ranking Democrat)
  • Assembly Committee on Corrections
  • Joint Committee on Information Policy and Technology (ranking Assembly Democrat)
  • Appointed to the Milwaukee Child Welfare Partnership Council

Representative Madison (D-10) issued the following statement:

“I’m thrilled to return to the Legislature to serve Assembly District 10 for a second term to continue advocating for marginalized communities and working-class Wisconsinites. With so many new Democratic colleagues at the Capitol, we have the opportunity to make real progress on the issues our constituents care about most: environmental and climate justice, criminal legal reform that invests in public safety, and creating a stronger economy for working families. As the ranking Democrat on the new Assembly Committee on Science, Technology, and AI, I’m dedicated to ensuring that new technology protects and supports workers, consumers, and the community.

We have an obligation as socialists and progressives to build stronger communities and help defend them from state violence and economic exploitation. When we win big for the working class, we build towards strong majorities in 2026.”
