State Representative Evan Goyke (D-Milwaukee) released the following statement congratulating the Wisconsin Veterans Museum on its new designation as a Smithsonian Institution Affiliate:

MADISON – State Representative Evan Goyke (D-Milwaukee) released the following statement congratulating the Wisconsin Veterans Museum on its new designation as a Smithsonian Institution Affiliate:

“On behalf of the 18th Assembly District I would like to congratulate the Wisconsin Veterans Museum on their recent honor of being designated a Smithsonian Institution Affiliate. This designation is a testament to the leadership and hard work of Museum Director Mr. Michael Telzrow and the talented staff that help the Museum operate and display exhibits that help educate citizens and our children.”

“I encourage everyone to visit the museum whenever they can to view the exhibits or attend an educational event. I am confident that this new affiliation with the Smithsonian Institution will provide even more opportunities for Wisconsin to share its proud history of service to our nation.”
