MILWAUKEE (January 29, 2024) – The nation’s longest-running home and garden show, the REALTORSÒ Home & Garden Show presented by UnilockÒ, returns to Wisconsin State Fair Park for its 98th year, March 22 – 30 (closed Monday, Tuesday and Easter Sunday). Offering attendees a “Cascade of Ideas,” the show will focus on the latest trends in outdoor features, as well as home renovations and interior design.

The show’s perennial attraction, its popular Garden Promenade, is set to make a big splash. A 1,200-square-foot, water feature display by Aquatica will greet attendees inside the show’s main entrance. Meanwhile six landscape displays, boasting the latest in outdoor living comforts, will make up this year’s promenade. Water features and plantings, as well as outdoor kitchens, fire pits, pergolas and outdoor entertainment are just a few of the elements that will be highlighted. This year’s Garden Promenade landscapers include Badgerland Lawn & Landscape, Inc., Breckenridge Landscape, Breezy Hill Nursery, Excel Custom Contractors, Exteriors Unlimited Landscape Contractors, Inc. and TLC Hardscapes. New this year, Yoga Workshop LLC will host a large, open-group session in the Garden Promenade on the final morning of the show, Saturday, March 30. Those who attend will receive free admission to the show.

Another crowd favorite is the Minor’s Garden Center Solutions Stage where daily, expert-led presentations cover topics ranging from native plant varieties, container gardening, and hardscaping product innovations to top trends in home renovation projects and improving indoor air quality. The Southeastern Wisconsin Master Gardeners will return with gardening tips and ideas for updating your outdoor landscapes. In addition, nationally renowned gardening expert Melinda Myers will headline the first weekend with sessions at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 23. Myers’ presentations will cover design tips for four season foliage and how to incorporate native plants.

The Step Beyond Green to Healthy feature area will again be a highlight of the show. This member-based nonprofit organization that advocates and educates on healthier indoor environments assists homeowners in creating and maintaining healthier homes, particularly as it pertains to indoor air quality. The Step Beyond Green to Healthy feature area will highlight its professional contractor members and the latest in healthy products, including live seminars by industry professionals.

For the curious home chef, attendees can experience seasonal flavors from local restaurants and private chefs at the Callen Cooking Patio, where top culinary talent from the region will host daily demos and tastings throughout the show.

Beyond the seminars and demos offered, guests can also chat one-on-one with industry professionals at their exhibit booths. The REALTORS® Home & Garden Show will feature over 300 booths specializing in landscaping, remodeling, real estate, gardening, roofing and siding, windows and doors, decking and patios, cabinets and flooring, plumbing, heating and cooling, interior decorating and more. For guests interested in smaller upgrades, lawn accents, unique food and beverage offerings, jewelry, books and more are available for purchase at the show’s Garden Market.
