Victory Creek Accounting, LLC leased 2,833 SF at Deerwood Preserve located at 10060 W Loomis Road in Franklin, WI. Scott Revolinski and Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, JK & EK Development, and John Davis represented the Tenant on this transaction, respectively.

Ansay & Associates renewed its 3,450 SF at Franklin Corporate Center located at 9809 S Franklin Drive in Franklin, WI. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate.

Strategic Resources leased 1,231 SF at Franklin Corporate Center located at 9809 S Franklin Drive in Franklin, WI. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate.

R2 Companies purchased The Tannery, a six building, 253,022 SF office complex located on Virginia Street in Milwaukee’s Historic Walker’s Point Neighborhood. Ned Purtell and Scott Revolinski assisted the Seller, SARA Investment Real Estate. The multi-tenant office complex is home to approx. 29 Tenants including Aurora Healthcare, Great Lakes Distillery and Springfield College.
