Quarles & Brady Adds Milwaukee Commercial Real Estate Attorney Dan Kaminsky as Partner

March 10, 2022 (Milwaukee) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that Dan Kaminsky, a long-time leader in the Wisconsin commercial real estate market, has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as a partner. Kaminsky has 20 years of experience advising clients on all phases of real estate development.
Kaminsky counsels clients on complex real estate developments and commercial real estate transactions. He represents a variety of clients, including those that acquire and develop retail, office, industrial, health care and multi-family residential properties. He regularly works on matters involving sales and acquisitions, leases, finance, construction and architect contracts, zoning and land use, and entity formation.

Kaminsky is a member of the Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin and NAIOP—the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He also served as the chair of the Real Estate group at his most recent firm.
