Dear Neighbor:

Operators have applied for a Class B Tavern License and Food Dealer-Restaurant License for Birch & Butcher, proposed to be located in the North End Development at 459 E. Pleasant St. I am hosting a meeting for the neighbors to meet the applicant, hear their plan of operation for the space, and raise any questions or concerns.
