No experience in drawing or painting is required.

By - Nov 15th, 2016 10:41 am

MILWAUKEE (Nov. 15, 2016) – A blank canvas, a little paint, a little wine, and a lot of laughter are the elements of the Paint & Pour, Dec. 3 from 6–8 p.m. at Wehr Nature Center, 9701 W. College Ave.

Artist and naturalist Karen Kerans will guide participants in creating their own acrylic paintings on canvas panels. Participants will also create holiday cards. No experience in drawing or painting is required.

“It will be fun,” Kerans said. “Creativity for everyone—even if you thought you weren’t creative!”
Because wine is being served, all participants must be at least 21 years old.

All materials, wine or beverage, and refreshments are included in the $25 per person program fee ($20 for members of Friends of Wehr).

Reservations guarantee a spot. Walk-ins are welcomed as space allows. For more information, call Wehr Nature Center at (414) 425-8550.
