Packers Welcoming Geronimo Allison, Jayrone Elliott as Featured Alumni This Week
Several former players to greet fans near Lambeau Field on Friday and Saturday
The Green Bay Packers are welcoming back featured alumni Geronimo Allison and Jayrone Elliott for the Packers-Ravens game on Saturday, Dec. 27.
Leading up to the game, the featured alumni will be signing autographs and visiting with fans at the Lambeau Field Atrium on Friday, Dec. 26, from 11 a.m. to noon.On gameday, Allison will be visiting with fans and signing autographs at surprise locations around Lambeau Field from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. Elliott will be visiting with fans and signing autographs during that same time in the Legends Club on the Associated Bank Club Level, an area accessible to game attendees with suite or club seat tickets.
Additional Packers alumni will also be part of the gameday festivities on Saturday. Tom Crabtree and Johnny Jolly will be at Titletown for Titletown Gameday Live presented by American Family Insurance before the game. They’ll participate in a question-and-answer session at 4:30 p.m., and will greet fans afterward until 5:30 p.m.
Geronimo Allison joined the Packers as an undrafted free agent following the 2016 NFL Draft. Initially a member of the practice squad, the wide receiver was elevated to the active roster in October of his rookie season. During his four seasons in Green Bay (2016-19), Allison proved to be a reliable target who consistently showed up in big moments. He appeared in 46 regular season games with 14 starts and recorded 1,045 receiving yards and six touchdown receptions.
Jayrone Elliott was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2014 from the University of Toledo and played for the team through 2016. As a rookie, he played in 13 regular-season and two postseason contests. He set career highs during the 14 games of his second season, finishing No. 3 on the team with 11 special teams tackles and recording 17 tackles, three sacks, two passes defensed, an interception and a forced fumble on defense.
