The Green Bay Packers have signed QB Kedon Slovis (KEY-din SLOW-vis) to the practice squad. The transaction was announced Tuesday by General Manager Brian Gutekunst.

Slovis (6-2, 223) is a second-year player out of BYU who was originally signed by the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2024. He was released by the Colts at the end of training camp and spent his rookie season on the Houston Texans’ practice squad. In 2025, Slovis was released by the Texans after training camp and signed to the practice squad of the Arizona Cardinals. He spent the first five weeks of the season on their practice squad before being signed to the Cardinals’ active roster, where he remained for the rest of the season and appeared in two games. Slovis will wear No. 17 for the Packers.
