Packers Release Three Players

The Green Bay Packers have released TE McCallan Castles, CB Tyron Herring and LB Jamon Johnson. The transactions were announced on Friday by General Manager Brian Gutekunst.

All three players spent time on Green Bay’s practice squad last season. Johnson appeared in two games for the Packers (Weeks 13 and 18) as a gameday elevation, making his first career start in Week 18 at Minnesota.
