Oscar’s Winner’s Circle grand opening set for Monday

Oscar’s Winner’s Circle, 3800 W. Burnham St., will hold a grand opening ceremony Monday, March 19. The free public event will begin at 11 a.m. The event will feature a Mariachi band and the restaurant will be open for business, according to Alderman Bob Donovan.

Ald. Donovan said this pub and grill is the second location for owners Elisabeth Stoeger and Oscar Castenada.

“Hardworking business owners like this couple are what make Milwaukee great,” Ald. Donovan said. “I wish them continued success with this newest location in the Burnham Park neighborhood.”
