North Shore Bank Grows Mortgage Team for Southeast Wisconsin Communities with Promotion of Heldt to Mortgage Loan Originator
In her new role, she will focus primarily on the mortgage needs of clients in Southeast Wisconsin.
BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank announced today that it has promoted Aleena Heldt to the position of Mortgage Loan Originator. Heldt will work out of the bank’s Wauwatosa office, which is located at 8706 W. North Avenue. In her new role, she will focus primarily on the mortgage needs of clients in Southeast Wisconsin.
Heldt has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and is excited to continue at North Shore Bank after a year with Stephanie Glowinski Moeller, North Shore Bank’s Northstar Mortgage professional, where she gained in-depth knowledge of how to match bank clients with the best possible mortgage to serve their financial needs and goals.
“We are thrilled to have Aleena on the mortgage team,” said Chris Boland, vice president of mortgage lending at North Shore Bank. “Her experience and love of the industry combined with a natural ability to help others through the many tough decisions that come into buying or refinancing a home is perfect for our team.”
Heldt is a Washington County resident where she lives with her husband and two children. She is an active community member; involved in The Lending Ladies, Women’s Council of Realtors, Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, and Wisconsin Realtors Association.
“By listening to customers and understanding their needs, I am able to share options and work with them on a new home purchase, refinancing, construction mortgages, and more,” said Heldt. “I am excited to help find customers the absolute best option available for them and to make the process a smooth experience.”
