North Shore Bank Announces Kate Johnson as New Vice President of Marketing

Johnson brings over 20 years of experience with finance and manufacturing companies to her role.

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank announced today that Kate Johnson is the company’s new vice president of marketing. As the vice president of marketing, she will oversee the development and delivery of an integrated marketing strategy across all segments of the company.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Kate to North Shore Bank,” says Sue Doyle, senior vice president and head of retail banking. “Her leadership style and vast financial services marketing experience make her an exemplary addition to our marketing team.”

Johnson brings over 20 years of experience with finance and manufacturing companies to her role. Prior to North Shore Bank, she worked in a number of different roles for some of the state’s top financial institutions.

“I am honored to be working with such a great team—the tenure of each team member is unlike anything I have ever experienced,” says Johnson. “My mission is to continue building on the success of this team to support solid growth for the entire company.”

Johnson is a resident of Waterford, where she lives with her husband, Wayne. In her free time, Johnson and her husband enjoy golfing.
