Nicholson Announces Campaign for Governor
Marine Veteran and Businessman Promises to Fight to Move Wisconsin Forward
DELAFIELD, Wis. –– Conservative outsider Kevin Nicholson today announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination for governor of Wisconsin. Nicholson is a Marine veteran, a businessman, and the founder and previous volunteer President and CEO of No Better Friend Corp.
Upon his entry into the race, Nicholson vowed to “Fight for Wisconsin,” as he joined “The Regular Joe Show” – a radio show hosted by Joe Giganti on WTAQ, WHBL, and WSAU – and issued the following statement, part of a column posted on conservative news site Wisconsin Right Now:
I’ll bring the practical leadership lessons I’ve learned both on the battlefield as a Marine, and as a businessman working in the private sector to work for you. Re-establishing law and order, getting our schools back on track, and securing our messy elections won’t be easy. Wisconsin needs a fighter whose sole focus is getting things done – not stepping up to the next rung of the political ladder.”
