Nicolas Ganos has joined RFP Commercial, Inc. as Vice President of RFP Management, LLC. Nicholas’s focus is the expansion and growth of RFP Management, LLC, the property management division of RFP Commercial, Inc.
Mr. Ganos has over 12 years of experience in management of office buildings, retail centers and warehouse property, with a focus in operations, engineering and maintenance, accounting, budgeting for operating and capital expenditures, lease administration and tenant relations. Mr. Ganos was previously employed for 6 years by Brookfield, as Property Manager Chase Tower in the Central Business District, Downtown Milwaukee. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Ganos served as Property Manager for Landmark Healthcare Facilities, Heartland Development Group, Ogden & Company, and Wisconsin Vision, Inc.
Mr. Ganos has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
