NCG Hospitality® Announces Jeff Lenz as Its New CEO

MIDDLETON, WI – October 2023 | On Monday, October 2nd, NCG Hospitality Announced Jeff Lenz, its President and Chief Assets Officer, would take on a new role as the company’s CEO. After welcoming Jeff to his new role, NCG is excited about this new chapter in their company’s history, expecting exceptional leadership and growth.

Jeff began his full-time career at NCG Hospitality in 1999 as Director of Development after several years in the mortgage banking industry. Primarily involved in new development, asset management and growth, he continued to rise through many major leadership roles in the company, including Vice President of Development and Chief Development Officer. During his 20 plus years at NCG Hospitality, he has been principally involved in the development, purchase, management and disposition of over 60 hospitality projects representing over $750M in asset value.

Jeff is currently serving as a board member of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and a member of Hilton Hotel’s Product Advisory Council. He is also very active in real estate and the local community as a member of the Urban Land Institute and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association in addition to being a Key Club Member of the United Way of Dane County. Jeff is also a licensed pilot and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Susan and three sons.
