Nathan Wachtl Joins Froze Design Build as Principal, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

MILWAUKEE – Froze Design-Build, Inc. in Mequon, offering southeastern Wisconsin area homeowners inspired solutions for residential remodeling since 1984, announced that Nathan Wachtl, CR, UDCP, has joined the company as a Principal and as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Wachtl earned a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies in 2001 and a Master of Architecture degree in Architectural Studies in 2004, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He brings more than 18 years of architectural design and project management experience to Froze Design Build, most recently serving as Senior Design Consultant and Director of Sales for a Wauwatosa-based design/build remodeling contractor.

In addressing his joining the company, Wachtl said, “I am excited to be one of the staff at Froze Design Build who will meet and strategize with homeowners, collaborating with them to merge their needs and wants into a vision for their project. I see my role as providing homeowners with realistic answers to their questions, which will allow us to work together to achieve their remodeling goals.”

In addition to working directly with clients, Wachtl will coordinate marketing activities for the firm. “I am looking forward to shaping how Froze Design Build will communicate with the public while continuing to grow our client base,” he said.

Froze said he had competed over the years with Wachtl on projects and appreciated his commitment to achieving the homeowner’s remodeling objectives. “Nathan’s selling technique is similar to mine, plus his past clients really appreciate how he handles his business, as he understands their needs and desires and creates spaces that allow them to get the most out of their home,” he said. “He is also extremely well-versed in running and marketing a business, and this experience will allow Nathan to help guide and grow our firm.
