MOTOR™ Keeps the Party Rolling this September

MILWAUKEE (September 6, 2018) – After the legendary Harley-Davidson® 115th Anniversary Celebration, MOTOR® Bar & Restaurant, located on the Harley-Davidson Museum® campus, is keeping the party rolling throughout the month of September. With the final outdoor Bike Nights of the year, an all-new Sunday brunch and tasty specials like the Donut Burger and Cookie Dough Egg Rolls, there’s plenty to enjoy at MOTOR all month long.

Bike Nights

It’s almost time to say a bittersweet goodbye as Bike Nights at MOTOR and the Harley-Davidson Museum ride off at the end of September. Until then, the best party in town continues every Thursday night with free live music and deals such as the $3 Bike Night Koozie Special.

Chopper Bike Night – September 6, 5 to 9 p.m.

Calling all chopper motorcycle riders, come show off your bikes at the pre-party for the High Voltage Vintage Motorcycle & Chopper Block Party, which takes place on Saturday, Sept. 8. While you’re on campus, enjoy time-tested classic rock and tunes from across the musical spectrum from the Xeno and Joe Trio.

Urban Bike Night – September 13, 5 to 9 p.m.

It will be impossible to stand still once DJ Cheerio and the Salsabrosa Dance Company take to the stage for Urban Bike Night. Plus, if your bike is ready for prime time, be sure to enter it into the Urban Bike Show for a chance to win some serious hardware.

HOGtoberfest Bike Night – September 20, 5 to 9 p.m.

As fall begins to settle in, come to HOGtoberfest and cheer on the Plymouth High School Junge Kameraden, the only authentic, continuous high school German Blaskapelle (brass band) in the U.S. The Gemütlichkeit and Oktoberfest beers will flow at this distinctively German party.

Outdoor Bike Night Finale – September 27, 5 to 9 p.m.

Gather all of your rowdy friends for the final outdoor Bike Night of the season and don’t plan on going quietly into this good night. The Big Al Wetzel Band is on hand to rock the night away and perform fan favorites from a wide variety of genres.

Valley Week Bags Tournament

Ready your tossing arm for bags, brews and bragging rights in the first-ever Valley Week Bags Tournament at MOTOR on Tuesday, Sept. 25 from 4 to 9 p.m. Show your support for Valley Week with some friendly competition, while you also enjoy an outdoor patio that has great views, comfortable lounge seating, fire pits and fun lawn games.

Funds raised from the event benefit the Menomonee Valley Partners, a local nonprofit group. Registration is $75 per team and available online at www.valleyweek.com.

Friday Night Fish Fry and Craft Beer Sampling

Once Friday rolls around, that means it’s time for a Wisconsin pastime, fish fry. At MOTOR, the all-you-can-eat Wisconsin Fish Fry includes golden fried cod, crispy French fries, fresh jicama coleslaw, homemade southern-style cornbread and tartar sauce for just $13.95.

Don’t forget to pair your fish fry with some of the complimentary craft beer samples from the featured brewery of the week each Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

BBQ & Blues

All-you-can-eat BBQ and live blues, what more do you want? Start your engine and get down to MOTOR every Saturday for live performances by the American Blues Band and feast on hickory-smoked BBQ chicken, pulled pork, smoked brisket and grilled sausage links for $29.99. Throw in Memphis-style, dry-rubbed ribs for only $5 more. All platters include French fries, jicama coleslaw, BBQ baked beans and made-from-scratch cornbread.

Sunday Brunch

Starting Sunday, Sept. 9, brunch kicks off at MOTOR from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stop by for Green Bay Packers games, a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar and three different types of breakfast entrées like the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich, Hot Link Breakfast Sandwich or Veggie Breakfast Sandwich. Plus, there’s the Breakfast Skillet that mixes fried eggs, sautéed onions, mushrooms and peppers with American fries and a drizzle of the house cheese sauce.

Wing of the Month

Jalapeño Wings: Sweet and savory, devour one pound of house-made wings that are tossed in ranch seasoning, grilled to perfection and finished with a jalapeño chimichurri sauce.

Burger of the Month

Donut Burger: The best parts of a donut and burger, this creative special tops an eight-ounce patty with bacon and maple syrup, then places it in-between a glazed donut bun.

Cookie Dough Egg Rolls: A delicious treat with a crunchy finish, dig into cookie dough that’s rolled into wontons, deep fried and served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
