MMSD Executive Director Kevin Shafer on M7 economic impact study of MMSD

By - Jan 12th, 2016 09:25 am

“The Milwaukee 7 economic study clearly shows that MMSD’s continued investments in water reclamation and flood management have a substantial impact on the regional economy.  We count on a wide variety of private sector companies to provide the people, equipment, technology, and services we need to carry out our mission of protecting the environment and public health for more than one million people. It’s great to know that our economic impact of more than $218 million annually puts so many people to work in family supporting jobs.”
