Milwaukee Police Seek Leads in Wednesday Night Shooting on N. Vel R. Phillips Ave

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 9:30pm in the 2600 block of N. Vel R. Phillips Ave. During the incident, a 30-year-old victim sustained a gunshot wound and was conveyed to a local hospital for treatment. The Milwaukee Police Department continues to seek unknown suspect(s) in the ongoing investigation.
