Milwaukee Police Investigate Fatal Pedestrian Crash; Suspected Impaired Driver in Custody
Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal accident/ pedestrian struck that occurred on Friday, December 26th , 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m., on the 4100 block of W. Townsend Ave. A pedestrian was crossing the roadway when struck by a vehicle that was traveling eastbound on W. Townsend Avenue. The pedestrian, a 48-year-old, was transported to a local hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries and succumbed to those injuries. It is suspected that the driver of the vehicle was impaired. A suspect was taken into custody in connection with the accident, and charges will be referred to the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office for review.
