Milwaukee Police Investigate Fatal Double Shooting on W. Appleton Ave; Suspect(s) Sought
Milwaukee Police are investigating a double shooting that occurred on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at approximately 2:52 a.m., on the 9300 block of W. Appleton Ave. The first victim, a 38-year-old sustained non-fatal gunshot wounds and was conveyed to a local hospital for treatment. The second victim, a 53-year-old was pronounced deceased at the scene. This investigation is ongoing however, may be robbery related. Milwaukee Police continue to seek unknown suspect(s).
