“Downtowns across the country are seeing growing success with cocktail weeks,” said Beth Weirick, CEO of Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21. “We decided to put our own twist on the craft by pairing concoctions with fabulous fare. As with Downtown Dining Week, we hope to introduce guests to new apps and mixers, as well as a new restaurant.”

As an extra incentive for participating in Taste & Toast, Milwaukee Downtown will award $250 in dining gift certificates to two patrons. To enter, diners will be encouraged to complete a Taste & Toast survey following their experience at www.milwaukeedowntown.com. At the conclusion of the event, two completed surveys will be randomly drawn.

Menus of Taste & Toast participants will be posted at www.milwaukeedowntown.com in mid-February. Taste & Toast is a prelude to Downtown Dining Week 2015, which will take place June 4 – 11.
