MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers and Main Street Sports Group, operating as FanDuel Sports Network, recently announced an extension of their rights agreement.

Under the agreement, FanDuel Sports Network will remain the home of the Brewers, broadcasting all games that are not exclusively televised nationally, as well as pre and postgame shows and original programming. Local subscribers to FanDuel Sports Network on a direct-to-consumer (DTC) basis will continue to have access to games in the extensive Brewers TV territory. Additionally, pay-TV customers will be able to stream games and other programming on the FanDuel Sports Network app at no extra cost by signing in with their provider credentials. Financial details and terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Following an exciting and historic season for the Brewers on the field and record viewership on FanDuel Sports Network, the extension builds on the continued collaboration between the team and the network.

“We’re proud to extend our partnership with FanDuel Sports Network as the broadcast home of the Milwaukee Brewers. This past season’s surge in viewership is a reflection of our fans’ passion and the growing accessibility of Brewers baseball,” said Rick Schlesinger, President of Business Operations, Milwaukee Brewers. “We look forward to building on that momentum and continuing to deliver a high-quality viewing experience that brings the energy of Brewers baseball to fans.”

“We’re excited to continue our partnership with the Milwaukee Brewers and continue serving as the broadcast home for one of baseball’s most passionate fanbases,” said Randy Stephens, Executive Vice President of Team Partnerships, FanDuel Sports Network. “The Brewers are a fantastic partner, and we share a commitment to accessibility and excellence. Together, we’re redefining the local sports media experience and setting a new standard for how Brewers baseball is delivered to fans across platforms.”

As the network continues to increase accessibility through its direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform and strategic partnerships with Prime Video and FanDuel, viewership of Brewers games saw substantial year-over-year growth across key metrics.

Using Total Audience Delivery, a methodology that combines streaming viewership numbers with in-DMA and outer-market TV numbers, as published by Nielsen, the Brewers on FanDuel Sports Network averaged 203,500 viewers per game, a 33% increase from 2024.

Average streamers per game increased by 29%, and total streaming minutes (435 million) grew by 38%. Viewers also spent more time with each game stream, averaging 94.6 minutes per game, up 4% from 2024. In total, the network’s Brewers game coverage had approximately 127,000 unique streamers, a 42% increase, indicating rising engagement with the product.

In addition to streaming gains, linear TV viewership saw a 9% growth, reaching on average over 51,000 households per game in the Milwaukee DMA.
