Mills Hotel Wyoming LLC has purchased the 55,940 SF office building located at N25 W23255 Paul Road in Pewaukee, WI for $6,200,000.   The property is 100% leased to Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waterstone Bank SSB and the stock holding company Waterstone Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSBF).  Scott Revolinski of RFP Commercial, Inc. and Andrew Hess of Resilire Real Estate Partners represented the Seller, Pewaukee Maple Grove LLC.
