Midwest Foodservice Expo
March 9-11 in Milwaukee
Milwaukee – March 4, 2015 – Thousands of foodservice and hospitality professionals are expected to attend the Midwest Foodservice Expo from March 9-11, 2015 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Midwest Foodservice Expo is the largest and most inclusive state show in the Midwest, featuring new trends and product releases, tips for increasing productivity and profits, and solutions to the challenges of today’s marketplace.
Thousands of innovative products, equipment and services will be featured in the exhibit hall with specialty areas including a Gluten Free Resource Center, Pastry Studio with hands on workshops, chef technique demos, food trucks on display, beer sampling in the Beer Garden, Design Lab front of house and back of house showcase and accounting/financial advice. Educational programs covering a range of topics are on offer and colorful competitions will be held in tabletop design and cake decoration.
Other highlights:
- Opening Speaker Chef Richard Blais, an American chef, restaurateur, James Beard-nominated author, winner of Top Chef All-Stars and star of Food Network’s Hungry Games, will kick off the 2015 Expo. Monday, March 9 at 10:00 a.m.
- Tuesday speaker Jon Wolske, Zappos Insights Speaker and Culture Evangelist, will share the Zappos value system and legendary approach to customer service and how this Culture of Service can be applied in any industry. Tuesday, March 10 at 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. There is a $15 fee to attend this seminar that can be paid in advance or on-site.
