TJ Maxx leased 22,017 SF at R.ice Lake Cedar Mall, 2900 S. Main St., Rice Lake. Dan Cohen and Tony Colvin represented the Tenant.

Agree Realty sold 5,050 SF (Maurice’s) at 2418 Lakeshore Drive East, Ashland. Andrew Prater and Mike Fitzgerald represented the Seller.

Howl at the Moon leased 4,933 SF at 1101-1105 N. Old World Third St., Milwaukee. Dan Cohen represented the Tenant.

The Buckle leased 10,856 SF at 2800 Deerfield Drive, Janesville. Fred Stallé and Mike Fitzgerald represented the Landlord.

Woodman’s Food Market Inc. sold 2.05 acres of Lot 3 at Woodman’s Crossing in Altoona. Dan Rosenfeld represented the Seller.
