Mayor Tom Barrett, Library Director Paula Kiely, and US D.O.E. program director Maria Vargas in the collection storage facilities of the Milwaukee Public Library. The lighting in the area now has motion sensors and uses high-efficiency incandescent lighting as well as LED.
