MILWAUKEE (May 9, 2022) – This summer, MATC will launch its first new advertising campaign in three years. The “Do You Really Know MATC?” campaign, designed to raise awareness and knowledge of the state’s largest technical college, will include two 30-second television spots, print advertisements and digital spots.

The new campaign was developed by VisionPoint Marketing under the direction of MATC’s marketing department and its design center lead, Kathy Kaesermann. Video work was done by Saturn Lounge of Waukesha.

“Do You Really Know MATC?” will serve as a complement to the school’s enrollment-focused marketing. It will air on local radio, broadcast, and cable television; streaming video and radio; and various digital channels.

MATC is one of the most diverse educational institutions in the Midwest and a vital economic engine for the Milwaukee region, with students and alumni generating $1.5 billion in annual economic impact. The college offers more than 170 high-quality programs that connect students to a career in as little as one to two years, providing them an affordable, accessible path to family-sustaining employment and career advancement.

“This is an opportunity for MATC to share the credibility and value of an MATC degree, the opportunity the college presents to donors to invest in the causes they care about, and our readiness to form partnerships to solve local problems,” said Laura Bray, MATC vice president of college advancement and external communications.

“We are thrilled that more and more people in the Milwaukee region are getting to know MATC and our impact,” said MATC Chief Marketing Officer Tony Tagliavia. “With equity as a strategic priority, we are lifting up our students and building the region’s diverse talent pipeline.”
